1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Emra services, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Emra reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Services
Emra provides education and training services in the field of Software Quality Assurance, including but not limited to: Group Bootcamp, 1-on-1 Mentoring Sessions, Webinars, and Professional Software Testing Services. Service details, including curriculum content, schedules, and pricing, may change at any time according to Emra's policies.
3. Registration and Account
To participate in Emra programs, you are required to register via WhatsApp or Emra's official communication channels. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration. Emra reserves the right to reject or cancel registrations if false information is found.
4. Participant Responsibilities
As an Emra program participant, you are required to: (a) Attend learning sessions according to the predetermined schedule; (b) Not distribute learning materials to third parties without written permission; (c) Maintain professionalism during the program; (d) Not engage in actions that may disrupt the learning process of other participants.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, learning materials, presentations, video recordings, and other resources provided by Emra are the intellectual property of Emra. It is strictly prohibited to distribute, copy, sell, or use such content for commercial purposes without written permission from Emra.
6. Certificates
Certificates will be issued to participants who have completed all program requirements, including attendance and completion of assigned tasks. Certificates issued by Emra can be verified for authenticity through the certificate verification page on our website. Emra reserves the right to refuse certificate issuance if the participant does not meet the specified requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
Emra strives to provide high-quality educational services but does not guarantee specific outcomes such as job placement, salary increases, or certain career achievements. Participant success depends on individual effort, dedication, and personal factors. Emra is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Cancellation by Emra
Emra reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs if the number of participants does not meet the minimum quota or due to force majeure. In the event of cancellation by Emra, participants will have the option to reschedule to the next batch or receive a full refund in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails to reach an agreement, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or competent courts in Indonesia.
