Refund Policy

Information regarding the terms and procedures for Emra service refunds.

1. General Terms

Refunds only apply in circumstances where Emra has published a class schedule but is unable to conduct the program on the scheduled date and time. In such situations, Emra will propose a replacement schedule (reschedule) to participants. If the participant is unable or unwilling to accept the proposed replacement schedule, the participant is entitled to request a full refund.

2. Reasons for Cancellation or Reschedule by Emra

Emra may cancel or reschedule a program for certain reasons, including but not limited to: (a) Insufficient number of participants to meet the minimum class quota; (b) Unavailability of the mentor or speaker on the scheduled date; (c) Force majeure conditions such as natural disasters, pandemics, infrastructure disruptions, or other circumstances beyond Emra's control; (d) Other technical or operational reasons that prevent the program from being conducted.

3. Reschedule Process

When Emra is unable to conduct the class as scheduled: (a) Emra will notify participants of the schedule change via WhatsApp, email, or Emra's official communication channels; (b) Emra will propose at least 1 (one) replacement schedule option; (c) Participants are expected to confirm acceptance or rejection of the replacement schedule within the specified timeframe; (d) If the participant accepts the replacement schedule, the program will proceed on the new schedule at no additional cost.

4. Participant Refund Rights

Participants are entitled to request a refund if: (a) Emra is unable to conduct the program on the published schedule; (b) Emra proposes a replacement schedule and the participant is unable or unwilling to accept it; (c) The participant communicates their rejection of the replacement schedule officially via WhatsApp or Emra email.

5. Refund Amount

The refund amount provided is 100% (full refund) of the total fee paid by the participant. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used by the participant at the time of registration.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, participants may contact us via WhatsApp at +62 858 3927 6422 or email at fadhli@emra.pro, including: (a) Participant's full name; (b) Program name; (c) Payment date; (d) A statement that the participant does not accept the proposed replacement schedule; (e) Proof of payment. Our team will review the request and respond within 3-5 business days.

7. Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, the transfer will be processed within 3 business days. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution used.

8. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds do not apply if: (a) The program has been conducted according to the agreed schedule; (b) The participant has accepted the replacement schedule and the program has been conducted on the rescheduled date; (c) The participant did not attend the program without confirming rejection of the replacement schedule beforehand; (d) The refund request is submitted after the program has been completed.
